Our first international DEEP-DV summer school entitled High resolution virology: imaging – omics – data science was held between July 06 and July 08, 2023, at the CSSB in Hamburg, Germany.

The symposium brought together international researchers from the fields of systems virology and imaging. We had sessions on imaging and integrative virology, transcription and nuclear compartments, chromatin and gene expression, omics, and viral networks. Each session was launched by an invited speaker, followed by short presentations of selected abstracts by young investigators. In addition, we hosted poster sessions and flash talks to allow young investigators to engage in lively exchanges.
